Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. Business days DO NOT INCLUDE weekends or holidays. Processing time may be extended during or after holidays and promotional sales. Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday, until 12:00pm, Eastern Standard Time. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS if being delivered to a PO box. All packages require signature. If you are not available to sign at the time of delivery, your tracking will be updated with a nearby access point where you can pick up the package. If the package is not picked up within the allotted time, it will be sent back to us. In this case, an invoice will be sent to you to repay the shipping fee. If it is not paid within 3 business days, you will receive store credit and your items will be restocked online. LYS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, LYS will not replace any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact UPS ( 1-800-742-5877) for further assistance.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After processing is complete, all orders ship in 1 to 5 business days, and 2 to 4 weeks for International delivery. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email notification with shipping and tracking information. Please read product description for preorder items (usually takes 5-7 business days.) Preorder items ship on or prior to, the date specified on the product page.
